Welcome to Atelier Moonshine

We are Leni & Shinto, a couple of makers who fell in love with creating and with building a life full of paint, tools, unexpected treasures, and ideas that never stop.

We’ve been painting and creating most of our lives but Atelier Moonshine began five years ago with the main goal: give forgotten furniture and materials a second life. Since then, we’ve been sanding, painting, thrift-hunting, rebuilding, and imagining our way through every corner of an old farmhouse we now call home. One room at a time, we turn it into a space for art, creativity, and everyday magic — with our biggest project being the old cow stable, now our workshop and creative headquarters. 

We don’t believe in throwaway culture. We believe in character, craftsmanship, and the thrill of finding that one special piece you weren’t even looking for. We rescue it, restore it, and reimagine it.
